  • Supplier reference: 28L TPU body, model BW3006.
  • Listed finished dimensions: 32.5 × 18 × 48 cm.
  • Visible layout: front gear straps, internal mesh organisation and a padded carrying system.

Quote the actual accessory envelope and packed load. Review strap reach, buckle access and the complete carrying fit on the selected sample; a visible loop does not establish a rod size or load limit.

Include the accessory dimensions, target load, artwork position and colour quantities in the backpack RFQ.

  • Supplier reference: 25L insulated tote.
  • Material detail: 600D TPU outer, 420D TPU liner and a listed 1-inch foam layer.
  • Listed shipping package: 50 × 38 × 42 cm; this is not the finished bag size.

Keep the shell, liner and insulation as separate quotation lines. A 25L capacity or foam thickness does not establish an ice-retention duration; define the contents, cooling medium, ambient conditions and opening schedule before comparing samples.

Ask for the selected material construction, packed-load reference and final unit/carton packing specification.

  • Supplied layout: raised perimeter, twin hanging points and an inflation fitting with pump.
  • Material reference: PVC; a TPU option can be quoted separately.
  • Reference unit weight: 120 g; exact device fit and dimensions require sample confirmation.

Separate the phone envelope, correct closing sequence, pump interface and retail-pack contents. Raised edges and inflation components do not establish a flotation result or immersion rating for a loaded device.

Connect the brief to the approved sample

Identify the model, specification revision, material selection, artwork and complete packing set. Record the approved changes against that same revision so a later quotation or reorder can be compared line by line. If you need a model-specific test or certification document, tell us the product and requirement for review.

Existing-model logo orders start at 50 pieces; new OEM development starts at 100 pieces. OEM sampling normally takes 10–15 days, with typical fees of US$15–500 depending on style and materials. Regular bulk production takes 10–15 days; confirm the actual schedule and delivery terms in your quotation.
