Choose the product family before defining the order

Waterproof bags wholesale is a broad sourcing brief. A roll-top dry bag, a phone pouch, an insulated cooler and a cycling pannier solve different problems. Select the carrying format first, then specify the closure, material construction and required exposure conditions for that product.

Photographed waterproof bag references

Use these designs to start a specification discussion. The product pages show the supplied reference details; your quotation should identify the exact selected version.

Three routes to custom waterproof bag sourcing

Logo on an existing reference

Start from an identified model and define logo dimensions, placement, colour and packing. Ask which material or trim changes are included and which require a new sample.

Adapt a reference design

Revise capacity, pockets, straps, closures or decoration while keeping a clear drawing history. Changes to the shell or attachment layout can affect the inspection plan.

OEM development from your brief

Provide drawings, a physical sample or a functional brief. Work through the material build, assembly details, approved sample and production specification before releasing a bulk order.

A private label waterproof bag programme also needs a repeat-order record. Keep the approved colour reference, hardware list, artwork, packing sheet and sample identifier together. If a component is substituted later, decide whether it needs reapproval before production rather than treating a visually similar part as identical.

Match materials, seams and closures to the intended use

A complete waterproof bag specification records the base textile or film, coating or laminate, thickness or fabric weight, seam construction and closure. TPU and PVC options need to be assessed in the finished assembly. A material swatch can establish colour and hand feel; it does not demonstrate the performance of a rolled opening, zipper, valve or strap anchor.

Use clear exposure language. Rain and splash protection, temporary immersion, retained internal liquid and air retention are different requirements. State the required test conditions and the part of the bag being assessed. Coated fabric, a sealed-looking zipper or a product name alone is insufficient evidence for an IP rating.

  • Define which compartments need protection and whether exterior pockets have different requirements.
  • Inspect reinforcement and strap attachment separately from the shell material.
  • Specify load, closure procedure and maintenance expectations for the finished design.
  • Connect any destination-market material claim to documentation for the selected construction.

Use our material and component reference and buyer inspection checklist to prepare a consistent comparison.

Custom logo waterproof bags and retail packaging

Prepare logo artwork at the intended size and mark its position on a product view or drawing. Review the proposed application method together with the shell finish, colour and panel shape. A flat artwork proof confirms layout; a decoration sample helps assess the result on the selected material.

Packaging is part of the product programme. Specify individual bagging or retail packing, barcode position, instruction language, care information, carton marks and quantity per carton. Keep bag dimensions, individual package dimensions and export-carton dimensions in separate fields so storage capacity is not confused with shipping volume.

For promotional waterproof bags, identify the event date and artwork approval deadline in the enquiry. For an ongoing retail line, prioritise consistent colour references, model identifiers and a repeatable packing specification. Prepare a wholesale waterproof bag enquiry

A useful quotation brief reduces assumptions for both buyer and waterproof bag supplier. Compare suppliers against the same version of the requirements, and ask proposed alternatives to be listed separately.

Send with the enquiryWhy it matters
Model link, drawing or sample photographsEstablishes the shape and the version being quoted.
Intended use, contents, dimensions and loadConnects the construction to the customer problem.
Materials, closure and performance criteriaMakes product and test expectations explicit.
Quantity by model and colour; logo artworkAllows a meaningful review of the assortment and branding work.
Packing, destination and required delivery dateSeparates product preparation, production and delivery requirements.

The quotation should state the configuration, MOQ, sample cost and timing, production lead time, inspection arrangements, packing and delivery terms. Unconfirmed performance requirements belong in the sample-review plan rather than in a finished-product promise.

Custom waterproof bag purchasing questions

Can we buy different waterproof bag formats for one collection?

Yes. Start with the families relevant to your customers and provide quantities by model and colour. Each structure may have different materials, packing and approval requirements.

Can you add our logo to a reference product?

Send the model link, artwork, intended decoration size and placement. The quote and sample review establish the proposed application method and any structural changes.

Do you publish one MOQ for every waterproof bag?

MOQ is confirmed for the selected product and configuration. State the planned quantity for each model and colour so the discussion is based on your actual order.

Can a product photograph confirm a waterproof rating?

No. A photograph shows visible construction. Ratings and other performance claims need applicable evidence for the finished design and agreed test conditions.

Prepare your sample approval record

Use a blank buyer record to identify the selected sample, agreed requirements and revisions before bulk purchasing. These worksheets organise your review; they do not state test results.

Turn a model reference into a purchasing brief

Model specification examples for a quotation show how to separate listed model information from the requirements you still need to approve. Include the selected construction, quantities, artwork and packing details in your enquiry.
