Build a comparable OEM purchasing specification
Custom waterproof golf bags should be developed around the club set and carrying routine. Compare a fuller stand-bag format with the slimmer pencil reference before selecting pocket layouts and decoration. For OEM waterproof golf bags, provide a drawing or marked sample showing the features to retain and the areas open to development.
| Decision | Specify | Sample acceptance |
|---|
| Club storage | Intended club set, lengths, opening layout and divider requirements. | Pack the reference clubs and review insertion and removal. |
| Carry and stand | Shoulder arrangement, handles, stand components and expected packed load. | Review carry adjustment, balance and stand operation with the selected load. |
| Pocket construction | Contents of each pocket, zipper requirements and intended exposure. | Check access and protection requirements separately for each compartment. |
| Surface and logo | TPU reference, finish, physical colour sample, artwork and labels. | Approve the finish and decoration on the actual material. |
Sample approval for your wholesale collection
When discussing wholesale waterproof golf bags with a manufacturer or supplier, separate the bag configuration, accessories and packing. Review the stand and harness on the loaded sample rather than approving solely from a front-view photograph. Confirm which compartments need protection and what evaluation will support that requirement; a TPU shell does not establish the performance of every pocket.
- Identify the sample, drawing and material revisions.
- Review the intended contents, correctly closed dimensions and complete carry arrangement.
- Agree appearance, function and any exposure-test acceptance criteria separately.
- Retain approved artwork, packing and accessory references for repeat orders.
Use the finished-bag inspection checklist and materials and construction guide to prepare the review.
