DEFINE THE SCOPE FIRST

Custom dry bags with logo or a new OEM design?

Existing model, your logo

Keep the base shape and main construction. Specify the artwork, position and packing changes. Existing-model logo orders start at 50 pieces; send the quantity split for review.

Private-label collection

Coordinate colors, graphics and packaging across selected references. Identify which details stay common and which differ by model. Structural changes may require a wider development scope.

New OEM dry bags

Provide a drawing, sample or clearly marked reference. New OEM development starts at 100 pieces. Review dimensions, material, closure, carrying points and pockets before confirming the sample brief.

For a general comparison of roll-top constructions and supplier selection, use our waterproof dry bag manufacturer overview. This page focuses on turning your chosen direction into a repeatable custom specification.

Build a specification that a supplier can quote

A product photo communicates appearance. A useful custom roll top dry bag brief also explains dimensions, contents, construction and the requirements that must be checked on the sample.

AreaInformation to supplyWhat to approve
Shape and usable spaceTarget contents, finished dimensions and capacity reference.Packed fit, mouth access and space needed for correct closure.
Material and finishPreferred base fabric, coating, thickness and surface appearance. The selected material description and finished sample, including any proposed substitution.
Closure and carryRoll-top layout, buckle, strap, handle and attachment requirements.Closing sequence, access and carrying arrangement with the intended load.
Pockets and panelsWhich items need separate access and where storage is required.Pocket opening, placement and agreed protection requirements separately from the main compartment.
ArtworkLogo files, dimensions, color references and placement drawing.Position, orientation and appearance on the actual material.
Retail and shipping packLabels, instructions, accessories, unit pack and destination. The complete packed unit, carton arrangement and identification.

When comparing custom PVC dry bags and custom TPU dry bags, ask for the proposed construction to be identified in the quotation. A material name alone does not establish finished-product performance. Our TPU and PVC sourcing guide explains the questions to resolve before accepting a material change.

REAL PRODUCT REFERENCES

Choose a starting point for your branded collection

Yellow roll-top dry bag with a front zipper pocket and shoulder strap

Three-Color Roll-Top Dry Bag

A front pocket and carry strap make print position and component colors part of the brief. Mark the usable branding panel around the pocket and closure.

Tropical all-over pattern on a cylindrical roll-top dry bag

Printed Tube Dry Bag

A reference for custom printed dry bags. Discuss pattern direction, repeat, logo contrast and the appearance around panel joins before artwork approval.

Light blue textured dry bag with a front zipper and separate branding panel

Window-Pocket Dry Bag

Front details and side storage affect the available decoration area. Review the relationship between pockets, artwork and access rather than scaling one logo file across every style.

Approve artwork on the finished bag

Logo size and placement

Supply the original artwork and dimensions. Mark its distance from a seam, pocket edge or other fixed feature. Check how the logo looks when the bag is filled and correctly closed. Keep the artwork revision with the sample record.

Colors and all-over patterns

Use a specified color code or physical reference, then review the result on the selected surface. For printed designs, identify the pattern direction, repeat and any panel areas that matter visually. Confirm the compatible branding method and placement before production.

Our bulk dry bag logo approval guide covers artwork versions, model differences and approval records.

Plan the variants together

List each model, body color, component color, logo version and pack. Private label dry bags can share a visual direction while requiring different print dimensions. A small body, front pocket or contrast panel can change the usable area.

Do not assume the combined order quantity settles every color or SKU minimum. Send the split so materials, preparation and packing can be reviewed in one quotation. See our model, color and SKU planning guide.

FROM BRIEF TO AN APPROVED REFERENCE

Keep sample decisions traceable

1. Define the brief

Identify the base model or drawing, changes, target contents and quantity schedule. Separate required details from preferences that can be discussed.

2. Review the sample

Check measurements, material, closure, carry points and artwork against the same revision. Include the intended packed load and complete accessory set.

3. Record open items

State whether an issue needs a corrected sample, more information or an agreed evaluation. Approving color does not also approve an unreviewed functional requirement.

4. Release the specification

Identify the accepted sample, artwork, packing and any agreed exceptions. Confirm the production and inspection scope before the bulk order proceeds.

Define the exposure conditions and acceptance requirements for the complete closed bag, including any required immersion evaluation. Testing and certification documents are discussed for the actual product and requirement. Use the sample approval process and welded-seam review guide to prepare those decisions.

MOQ, sample cost and order timing

Existing model with logoMOQ: 50 pieces. The selected model, color split, artwork and packing scope.
New OEM developmentMOQ: 100 pieces.Construction changes, materials and sample requirements.

Regular bulk productionNormally 10–15 days.Actual order scheduling, inspection, delivery terms and shipping arrangements.

The reference model, material selection, construction changes, print complexity, SKU split and packaging all belong in a comparable price request. Ask for the proposed configuration and any assumptions to be stated, rather than comparing unit prices for different products.

Finish the brief with packaging and replenishment

Review the folded dry bag, included straps, labels and instructions as one retail unit. Confirm unit-pack dimensions, carton quantity, external carton dimensions and gross weight separately from usable bag capacity. Identify mixed-color cartons clearly for receiving and distribution.

For a repeat order, refer to the accepted model and document revisions. List any requested change to materials, artwork or packaging so the review does not depend on an old photograph. Our dry tube export packing guide and private-label range guide support that planning.

Custom dry bag purchasing questions

Can I order custom dry bags with my own logo?

Yes. Start from an existing reference and send your artwork, placement dimensions, quantity and packing requirements. Existing-model logo orders start at 50 pieces; the quotation confirms the selected configuration.

Can the bag shape or pockets change?

Send a marked reference, drawing or sample. Dimensions, pocket positions, closures and carrying arrangements require a construction review rather than a logo-only quote. New OEM development starts at 100 pieces.

Can several sizes use the same artwork?

They can share a design direction, but the available panel and relationship to pockets or closure folds should be reviewed on each selected model. Keep approved artwork dimensions for every SKU.

Is sample approval also proof of waterproof performance?

Only the documented, evaluated requirements are approved. Define functional checks separately from appearance, and request relevant model-specific test or certification information for review.

PREPARE A COMPARABLE QUOTATION

Send your custom waterproof dry bag brief
